Will Daniel

Will Daniel has more than 40 years experience in numerous photographic endeavors from technical and sales representative positions with major manufacturers of professional photo equipment, to more recently author of coffee-table books of riverscape photography. He is also a retired professional writer who teaches mass communications writing and photojournalism. Will urges people to make their own riverscapes and insists it can be done well with minimal equipment. Will has been enamored with taking photos of flowing water for so long it’s hard for him to remember a time when he didn’t do it. In 2011 he published his first book of riverscapes titled James River Reflections (Schiffer Books, Atglen, PA), about Virginia’s historic waterway. A sequel, My Virginia Rivers, is scheduled for release in the fall of 2013.
